Physiotherapy
£50 initial assessment (45 mins). Includes consultation and treatment.
£40 follow up treatment (30 mins). All major health care insurance accepted.
AXA/BUPA/AVIVA/Simply Health/WPA and many more
Pilates classes
Block bookings with term time with an extra week at the end to use if you miss one. Eg, 6 week course is £60 run over 7 weeks. 12 hours notice to cancel and use the 7th week.
£11 per session as pay as go dependant on availability. Booking required.
We have a small selection of pilates classes still taking place online via Zoom.
Classes are block bookings or pay as go, subject to availability.
£7 for a single session.
£28 for 4 sessions (block booking which secures your space).
